I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude for your efforts securing the urn for my collection. Unfortunately, after careful analysis and consideration of recent events, I have determined that the urn is not suitable to my needs. Therefore, I must insist that it be immediately and wholly destroyed. I do not expect this will be difficult for you.
