Reports are coming in that the Elizabeth Dane, a ship bearing the findings of a recent archaeological dig in Turkey, has been plundered. The only item to go missing from the ship was a sarcophagus unearthed in the area, named the Ankaran Sarcophagus by researchers. The sarcophagus was bound for the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County, and is suspected to still be somewhere in the greater Los Angeles area. Knowing what we know about the area, it is unlikely that this was a simple robbery. All hunters in the area are advised to be on high alert, and look for any sign of the sarcophagus.

If you find this thing, take my advice and destroy it. Break it down to scrap and then torch the rubble. If the monsters stole this, and they want it, make sure they can never have it.

We have no idea what's inside this thing. If one of us finds it, we should probably discuss what to do with it. We should try to understand what it is before we potentially destroy an important piece of history.

We should only destroy it if we determine it to be dangerous.
